Thank you for shopping with TheGeekPaw. Our products are made to order, which means each item is created after your order is placed instead of being pulled from pre-made inventory.

Made-to-order production

TheGeekPaw products are made to order. Production usually takes a few business days before your order ships.

Most orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partners. This allows us to create each item only after it is ordered, reducing waste and helping us offer more design options.

Shipping and delivery estimates

Shipping estimates shown at checkout refer to transit time after production is complete. Total delivery time includes both production time and shipping/transit time.

For example, if checkout shows a shipping estimate of 5–8 business days, that estimate generally refers to carrier transit time after the item has been produced and handed to the shipping carrier.

Tracking information

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Possible delays

During busy periods, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, or high-demand seasons, production and delivery may take longer than the estimates shown at checkout.

Shipping regions

At launch, TheGeekPaw primarily ships to customers in the United States and Canada. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible at support@thegeekpaw.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or shipped.
