Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most products are made after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and lets us offer more geeky pet-lover designs.

How long does shipping take?

Production and shipping times can vary by item, destination, and season. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@thegeekpaw.com. Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or address mistakes. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will help.

How do I choose the right size?

Please review the size information on the product page before ordering. You can also check our Size and Care Guide. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up.

Will the colors look exactly like my screen?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, and the production process.
