We want you to have a good experience with TheGeekPaw. Please read this policy before ordering because most items are made to order.

Made-to-order items

Most products are created specifically after your order is placed. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or accidental orders.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thegeekpaw.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong address or delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We may not be able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
